Computer fan controller?

I’m looking for a automated fan controller with at least three channels and temperature senors (I guess it needs sensors to be automated, slightly redundant). I’ll be using it for an xbox 360 which I’m modifying. I needs to fit a typical 5.25″ drive bay, but have a depth of no more than about 2″ (or be modifiable to that depth by, for example, cutting extra metal mounting casing from the controller). It needs to control fans by varying the voltage from around 3V to at least 8V. The controller should be powered by a molex connector or any connection using only +5V or +12V inputs.

They make drive bay kits with front mounted dual fans.
Given that XBox360s burn up easily, I’d run them
all the time.
